Job summary

The DAVIS Companies in Wilmington, MA is seeking a Warehouse Associate on a contract-to-hire basis to support shipments, order preparation, and daily production deliveries using RF scanning and a WMS.

The role offers M-F 8:00am-4:30pm, $21-$22 per hour, with potential for permanent placement and a focus on safe, efficient warehouse operations.

Qualifications

• GED or HS Diploma is required.
• Strong computer skills and RF Scanner experience.
• Experience using a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs solo.

Responsibilities of the Warehouse Associate

• Complete shipments by processing and loading and unloading orders.
• Prepare orders by processing requests and supply orders, pulling materials.
• Complete deliveries to our production areas multiple times daily.
• Provide quality service to other departments as requested.
• Conduct cycle counts daily using a RF Scanning device.

Qualifications of the Warehouse Associate

• Minimum of a GED and/or HS Diploma required.
• Strong computer skills and experience using an RF Scanner.
• Experience working in a Warehouse Management System (WMS).
• Ability to lift a maximum of 50lbs solo.
• Positive attitude and commitment to maintaining a safe and clean working environment.
