Job summary

QXO in Williston, VT is seeking a full-time Warehouse Associate to operate forklifts and support loading, unloading, and inventory control in outdoor conditions. The role is Monday–Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m., with possible OT and weekend hours.

You will verify orders, maintain documentation, inspect and track inventory, and uphold a safe, clean work environment while following all safety protocols. Spanish bilingual is a plus; must lift up to 75 lbs.

Qualifications

• Experience operating forklifts or heavy equipment.
• Warehouse experience preferred.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs and work outdoors in various weather.
• Strong verbal and written communication with a customer-first mindset.

Responsibilities

• Operate forklifts and other heavy equipment to load, unload, and move materials in warehouse and yard.
• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets).
• Inspect, organize, maintain, and track inventory.
• Demonstrate a daily commitment to safety and adhere diligently to all safety protocols, while always wearing appropriate PPE.
• Preserve safe and clean work environment which includes cleaning and painting.

What You'll Do

• Verify order contents and maintain documentation (pick tickets, inventory count sheets)

Shift and Schedule

• Full-Time Position
• Monday-Friday, 7:00 a.m. to 3:30 p.m.
• Flexibility in schedule to accommodate OT/weekends as needed.
