Job summary

Garage Headquarters seeks a dependable Warehouse Associate to manage incoming materials, prep orders for installations, and keep the warehouse organized and efficient.

You’ll support installers, document inventory, and help maintain equipment and safety standards in a fast-paced environment. Growth opportunities exist as the company expands its operations in Rhode Island.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse, logistics, or general labor experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50+ lbs regularly.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Basic computer skills.
• Team-oriented with solid communication skills.
• Reliable, punctual, and self-motivated.
• Forklift experience is a plus (or willingness to be trained).
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record required.
• Ability to obtain and maintain a DOT medical card.
• Welding experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Receive deliveries and verify all incoming products for accuracy and condition.
• Accurately record materials in inventory software system.
• Stage garage door orders for upcoming installations.
• Assist installers with loading and unloading trucks.
• Help track and maintain maintenance schedules for company equipment.
• Organize inventory and ensure products are stored in correct locations.
• Consolidate materials to maximize warehouse space and efficiency.
• Assist with monthly inventory counts and reporting.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized warehouse.
• Perform light janitorial duties in warehouse and office areas.

About the Role
