Job summary

Northwest Hardware Co Inc. is hiring friendly, outgoing associates to welcome and assist customers. No prior hardware experience is required as full training is provided.

You will help neighbors with their projects in a fast-paced, community-focused store and be part of a team that values a positive, helpful attitude. You’ll work directly with customers, helping them find everything needed in one trip while standing for long shifts and lifting up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications

• Friendly, outgoing attitude and helpfulness toward customers.
• No prior hardware experience required; training provided.

Responsibilities

• Welcome customers and assist with finding items for projects.
• Work in a fast-paced, high-energy environment and maintain a positive attitude.
