Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC is seeking a Warehouse Associate in California to join our team. The role involves operating a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound orders, while maintaining accurate receiving, staging, and stock of materials.

The position requires attention to detail, reliability, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. Candidates must pass pre-employment drug and background screenings and adhere to safety rules.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Keep workspace clean, safe, and accident-free.
• Follow safety regulations and wear PPE, including harness where required.

Ferguson is currently seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our team!

Position Details

• Schedule: Monday - Friday 12:30pm – 8:00pm plus overtime as needed.
• Pay Rate: Starting at $23/hour and may be higher based on experience.

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift (order selector/cherry picker) to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Use technology like RF devices to sort, scan, and prepare orders.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE).
• This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

• Pay Range: - $20.02 - $30.03 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
