Capstone is a North American supply chain solutions partner seeking a Warehouse Associate in Urbana, IL for the 3rd shift (Sun - Thu, 9:45 pm - Finish). Compensation ranges from $640 to $900+ per week, with weekly production-based pay.

The role involves loading and unloading by hand and with equipment, and growth opportunities across Capstone’s network. Candidates must be 18+ and able to pass a pre-employment drug test and background check.

Qualifications

• Energetic, high-energy and able to work in a fast-paced, physical role.
• Able to lift and carry 25–75 lbs.
• Warehousing experience preferred; willing to train the right candidate.

Our Warehouse Associates load and unload both by hand and with equipment. Associates are paid by the truck. The harder you work, the more you earn!

Requirements

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry a minimum of up to 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
• All candidates should be over the age of 18 and will have to undergo a pre-employment drug test and background check
