About the Company:

Coopers DIY is located in Tucson, AZ. Our primary business is the assembly and sales of homebrewing kits and ingredients under the Mr. Beer, Coopers DIY Beer and BrewArt brands. We are the pioneer and leader of high quality, easy-to-use beer homebrewing products. We are the only homebrewing company owned by a brewery. Our parent company and supplier of ingredients, Coopers Brewery, is over 160 years old and the largest independent brewery in Australia.

Job Description:

This position supports the daily warehouse activities of pick and pack, shipping, receiving and storing materials in a warehouse. It also involves the packaging of food ingredients on an ad hoc basis.

Major Duties and Responsibilities:

• Accurately pick and pack customer orders for shipping.

• Handle order fulfillment with speed and attention to detail.

• Print shipping labels and process orders.

• Load and unload trucks using manual pallet jack and forklift.

• Organize and store items in designated locations.

• Perform regular inventory counts.

• Maintain a clean and safe warehouse environment.

• Produce small packages of food ingredients and accessories.

Experience, Skills and Abilities:

· Must be 21+ years of age.

· High School diploma or equivalent preferred.

· Previous warehouse experience preferred.

· Ability to lift up to 50 lbs.

· Must be self-motivated with a passion for organization, quality and teamwork.

Benefits:

· 40 hours per week with paid holidays.

· Starting pay is $15/hour.

· Paid 80 hours PTO per annum.

· Must provide proof of citizenship and pass background check.
