Job summary

Suburban Accessories is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support day-to-day operations, including receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and preparing products for delivery.

You will work with RF units or pick tickets, ensure accuracy, and maintain organized inventory, while upholding safety standards and SAS DRIVEN values.

The role offers a 9am-5:30pm schedule, a $22/hour starting pay, and a $1,000 sign-on bonus, with weekly pay and a comprehensive benefits package.

Qualifications

• Reads, writes, and speaks English proficiently.

• Previous warehouse experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery.
• Receive, inspect, and store incoming products.
• Verify orders and invoices for accuracy.
• Label and prepare orders for shipment.
• Stock and restock inventory locations.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with quality control.
• Load and unload products safely.
• Operate forklifts and pallet jacks as needed.

As a Warehouse Associate, you will be responsible for supporting the day-to-day operations of the warehouse by receiving, stocking, picking, staging, and preparing products for delivery. You will work with a safety-first mindset to ensure orders are accurate, inventory is organized, and warehouse operations run efficiently.

Salary Overview

The pay rate for this role starts at $22 per hour based on experience.

Hours

The hours for this role are Monday through Friday 9am-5:30pm

Warehouse Associate Responsibilities Include

• Pick, stage, and prepare orders for delivery using RF units or pick tickets.
• Receive, inspect, and put away incoming products and materials.
• Verify orders, invoices, and product information for accuracy.
• Label and prepare orders for delivery or shipment.
• Stock and restock products while maintaining organized inventory locations.
• Perform cycle counts, inventory tasks, and assist with quality control.
• Load and unload products safely and efficiently.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, parts pickers, and powered pallet jacks as needed.
• Maintain warehouse safety, cleanliness, and organization.
• Cross-train in other warehouse functions to support team efficiency.
• Adhere to Suburban Automotive Services' DRIVEN values and align business practices with the SAS mission and vision.

Warehouse Associate Qualifications And Skills

• Ability to read, write, and speak English.
• High School Diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Consistent work history and attendance record.
• Reliable transportation.
• Previous warehouse experience preferred.
• Forklift, parts picker, or powered pallet jack experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Must meet company background check and drug screen requirements.

Warehouse Associate Working Conditions And Physical Demands Include

• Ability to lift up to 100 lbs. occasionally.
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs. consistently.
• Ability to stand and walk for extended periods.
• Ability to bend, reach, lift, push, and pull throughout the workday.
• Ability to work in a warehouse environment and safely operate around warehouse equipment.
