Job summary

The Warehouse Worker at SRS Distribution Inc. supports Ohio Valley Drywall Supply - Trafford by handling warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage and delivery setup. You will ensure safety, prepare orders, and help customers with pickup or delivery arrangements.

Responsibilities include inventory control, organizing the warehouse, loading/unloading trucks, and operating a forklift while maintaining quality and teamwork across the Field Operations and support teams.

Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred; 1–3 years warehouse experience or more is preferred.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and on a team; lead, execute and/or delegate as needed.
• Strong communication, safety awareness and reliability in a fast-paced warehouse.

Position Summary

The primary function of the Warehouse Worker is to be responsible for areas of warehouse maintenance, shipping/receiving, product storage, and delivery setup.

Duties & Responsibilities

• Maintain health and safety compliance in accordance with company policy. Prepare orders by processing requests: pull accurate materials and place them in the appropriate area for customer pick up or delivery; load and unload trucks as needed.
• Maintain inventory controls by minimizing material damage and ensuring order accuracy.
• Organize the warehouse and manage bin locations. Establish, maintain and promote high standards of customer service.
• Lift up to 50 lbs., walk or stand for most of the shift, and wear protective gear and steel‑to‑ed boots. Ensure that equipment is maintained to company operating standards.
• Operate a forklift.

Basic Qualifications

• High school diploma preferred. 1–3 years of experience or more is preferred.
