Job summary

Paradies Lagardère in Wisconsin seeks an Airport Retail Associate to support inventory control, merchandise handling, and exceptional customer service. You will work closely with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure compliant deliveries and smooth operations across the platform.

The role emphasizes accurate receiving, cycle counts, and process controls, with a strong focus on safety and stock security. Join a team delivering first-class experiences to travelers every day.

Qualifications

• Must communicate and partner with the General Manager, vendors, and airport staff to ensure proper compliance to rules and regulations for deliveries and movement of merchandise throughout the platform.
• Provide best in class customer service through efficient inventory control processes and distribution.
• Maintain good working relationships with fellow Associates.
• Maintain warehouse appearance with respect to creating a safe working environment in compliance with Health & Safety regulations.

Responsibilities

• Efficiently and accurately conduct receiving, cycle counts, product returns, transfer transactions, etc. on handheld or Company equipment.
• Efficiently and accurately complete any required process controls (paperwork, etc.).
• Ensure consistent application of stock security as per defined processes.
• Be able to resolve inventory control issues and report discrepancies to Management.

• Be able to resolve inventory control issues and escape as required.
• Identify and report to Management discrepancies according to defined process.
• Accountable for compliance with all local, state, federal laws and regulations including those relating to food safety.
• Follows correct First In, First Out process.
• Maintain good time management.
