Job summary

Bio-Botanica Inc. is seeking a Warehouse Pick Pack Operator to execute daily pick-and-pack tasks for outbound shipments, following SOPs and cGMPs to ensure product quality and safety.

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, you will review pick lists, use the ERP system and handheld devices to document picks, select shipping materials, and apply packaging and labels while maintaining a clean, safe workspace.

Qualifications

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills (verbal & written) in English.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.

Responsibilities

• Review pick lists to determine items and quantities to be picked and packed for outbound delivery.
• Use the ERP system and handheld devices to execute and document all required picks and deliver to the packing area.
• Select proper shipping materials and pack material to ensure safe, damage free delivery to customers.
• Operate electronic shipping systems to purchase and apply shipping labels to each shipment. Stage for shipping.
• Participate in the cleaning and maintenance of warehouse areas, forklifts, and lifting devices.
• Comply with company policies and procedures and maintain regular work attendance.
• Performs other duties as assigned.

Under the direction of the Warehouse Manager, the Warehouse Pick Pack Operator is responsible for executing all day-to-day pick and pack warehouse operations. They are also responsible for adhering to the Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) and Good Manufacturing Practices (cGMPs) that are in effect assuring the quality and safety of the product produced.

Education and Experience

• Prior experience in the manufacturing of dietary supplements / pharmaceuticals preferred.
• Physical ability to lift at least 50 lbs. Ability to lift, bend, stand and walk repeatedly within amanufacturing environment.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced multidisciplinary team environment.
