Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Montgomery, NY. You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, picking, and palletizing in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires physical stamina and the ability to lift 25–75 lbs. Prior warehouse experience is preferred, but training is provided. Capstone offers weekly pay, benefits after 60 days, and opportunities for career growth within a high-performance culture.

• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred; training available for right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload materials, pick/pack orders, and assist with palletizing and auditing.
• Sort, repack, and maintain clean, organized work areas; follow site leadership guidance.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:
