Professional Control Corporation (PCC) in Germantown, WI, is seeking a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join a climate-controlled warehouse. The role includes processing orders, inspecting shipments, and supporting inventory activities in a direct-hire, full-time position.

The job offers daytime hours (Mon-Fri, 8:00am–4:30pm) with a pay rate of $22+ per hour, based on experience, plus comprehensive benefits and opportunities for growth within a SunSource company network.

Qualifications

• 1 year in a warehouse role required.
• High School diploma or GED required.
• Experience with computers required.
• Experience with UPS/FedEx/DHL Shipping Systems is a plus.
• Attention to detail and ability to lift 50 lbs.
• Willingness to learn and cross-train.

Responsibilities

• Perform quality control, review pick tickets, and package and label orders.
• Complete shipping paperwork and ship out orders via UPS and FedEx.
• Receive and inspect deliveries from UPS, DHL, and FedEx.
• Review picking tickets and accurately pick orders.
• Load and unload incoming and outgoing freight.
• Assist with general inventory duties including cycle counts, relocating, and put-away.

Professional Control Corporation (PCC), a subsidiary of Automation & Factory Solutions (AFS), and a SunSource Company, is currently hiring a Shipping & Receiving Associate to join our tight-knit team in Germantown, WI! In this role, you will be responsible for shipping and receiving orders accurately and helping out in other departments as needed.
