Job summary

Management Solutions, Inc is seeking a Warehouse & Logistics Associate in Palmetto, FL to support daily warehouse operations, including order fulfillment, shipping/receiving, and local deliveries.

This hands-on role requires forklift experience, attention to detail, and ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment. The schedule is Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–5:00 PM.

Candidates should have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license; CDL not required.

Qualifications

• Prior warehouse, shipping, or logistics experience.
• Forklift operation experience is required.
• Ability to use basic computer and inventory systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Pull, organize, inspect, and pack orders
• Prepare materials and equipment for shipment, ensuring orders are accurate and complete
• Handle shipping and receiving, including loading and unloading materials
• Track inventory and update records using basic computer and inventory systems
• Operate a forklift to move and organize materials throughout the warehouse
• Load pallets, trucks, and other shipments safely and efficiently
• Make local pickups of materials and supplies using a company vehicle
• Assist with local deliveries and potentially operate a box truck
• Maintain an organized warehouse and ensure materials are properly stored and handled
• Assist with other warehouse and logistics needs as required
