Job summary

MRC Global is seeking a Warehouse Associate in Toledo, OH to maintain stocked inventory and support delivery operations. You will pull materials, load trucks, scan data, and ensure accurate bin placement while following safety policies.

Responsibilities include inspecting items, labeling shipments, and preparing documents for UPS and other carriers. The role requires the ability to lift 25–50 pounds, stand for long periods, and work overtime as needed.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED.
• Must possess a current, valid driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Typing and basic computer skills.
• Ability to learn MRC Global warehouse operations and processes.
• Basic math and good reading skills.

Responsibilities

• Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks.
• Inspect materials to ensure they meet MRC Global quality requirements.
• Stock and transfer materials to shelves, bins, or racks.
• Label materials with identifying information.
• Move materials to and from shops for modifications.
• Assemble customer orders from stock and package orders per requirements.
• Pull orders for delivery and stock-to-stock transfer.
• Operate forklift/heavy equipment to load/unload and move items.
• Prepare documentation for shipments (UPS, LTL, SHIP, Air Ship).
• Maintain safe and organized work area following OSHA guidelines.
• Report hazards or incidents promptly.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

Job Purpose

Maintain the flow of stocked and delivered inventory by pulling material from bins, loading material onto trucks, placing new material arrivals into bins, and scanning or entering the data into the inventory database.

Key Duties & Responsibilities

Individual must be able to perform the essential duties with or without reasonable accommodation.

• Unload materials, tools, and equipment from vendor trucks.

• Inspect material forminimumMRC Global quality requirements.

• Stock and transfer materials, tools, and equipment to theappropriate shelf, bin, rack, or pipe bundle by a predetermined sequence, including bind location, size, type, style, and length.

• Mark the materialswith thecorrect identifyinginformation.

• Transfer materialsto and from the shops for modification purposes.

• Assemble customer orders from stock and package orders in boxes and pallets as per customer requirements.

• Pull orders for delivery and stock-to-stock transfer.

• Load onto the correct truck or transfer to the packing area using a forklift, overhead crane, and heavy equipment.

• Prepare documentation for UPS, LTL, SH, or Air Shipments.

• Adhere to required safety policies, guidelines, and training.

• Maintain warehouse cleanliness in compliance with OSHA and customer safety policies.

• Take reasonable care for the safety and health of yourself and others.

• Report workplace hazards, injuries, or illnessesimmediately.

• Perform other duties andprojects asassigned.

Qualifications
