Job summary

Capstone is seeking Warehouse Associates in Temple, Texas, to support a high‑volume distribution operation. Work Sunday through Thursday from 3:00 PM until completion, with weekly pay and ongoing training.

Responsibilities include loading, unloading, selecting, palletizing, auditing, and housekeeping. Candidates should be physically capable of lifting 25–75 lbs and be eager to learn with opportunities to advance within Capstone.

Qualifications

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic.
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary.
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload items as part of daily duties.
• Select and palletize shipments.
• Audit, repack, sort and clean up as assigned.
• Follow site leadership directions and safety rules.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:
