Job summary

OnTrac is hiring Package Handlers in Tampa, FL for part-time overnight shifts. Work 24–30 hours across 4–5 days, typically Thursday to Monday, from midnight to 6:00 AM or until end of sort. The role focuses on safe, efficient unloading, sorting by ZIP, and loading trucks for deliveries.

Expect a physically demanding environment requiring stamina, ability to lift up to 75 lbs, and adherence to safety protocols. Benefits are offered and the company promotes a diverse, inclusive workplace.

Qualifications

• Must be able to stand for long periods and perform warehouse activities.
• Able to work in varying temperatures (heat/cold) in a warehouse.
• Regularly lift, push, pull and move items up to 50 lbs and sometimes 75 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.

Shifts

Part-Time: Variable days; approximately 4-5 days/week, 24-30 hours total

Thursday to Monday, 12:00AM - 6:00AM or End of Sort

Hours may vary based on business needs. "End of Sort" is defined as the completion of all required sort work for the day and clean‑up activities, as directed by site management.
