B&S AIRCRAFT ALLOYS is seeking an energetic Warehouse Associate to join our team in Syosset, NY. You will support warehouse operations by receiving shipments, sending shipments, processing orders, and storing inventory.

The ideal candidate can operate forklift and pallet jacks and is a team player with strong organizational skills. Responsibilities include processing incoming shipments, pulling stock for orders, ensuring accuracy, inspecting shipments for damages, and following health and safety

Formación

• Must have basic carpentry skills to build custom wood boxes for shipments.
• Proficient with a tape measure and measuring metals.
• High school diploma or GED preferred; English fluency.
• Experience in warehouse setting preferred.
• Able to operate warehouse equipment including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks; OSHA training a plus.
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects.
• Strong organization and time management skills.
• Valid driver''s license.
• Minimum of 3 years experience.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by receiving shipments, sending shipments, processing orders, and storing/organizing inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment, such as forklifts and pallet jacks.

Qualifications

• Must have basic carpentry skills to build custom wood boxes for various-sized shipments
• Must be proficient in using a tape measure and measuring metals in all shapes and sizes
• High school diploma/GED is preferred- Speaks/reads English fluently
• Previous experience working in a warehouse setting is preferred
• Ability to use warehouse equipment, including forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks, a valid OSHA training certificate a plus
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
• Valid driver's license
• Minimum of 3 years experience
