Job summary

Blain's Farm & Fleet in Sturtevant, Wisconsin is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support incoming freight, ensure it reaches the sales floor, and perform related duties such as unloading pallets, moving freight, and operating a forklift.

Candidates should have strong communication skills, retail experience preferred, and be able to work evenings and weekends. A background check is required. The company offers competitive benefits and a 401(k) match.

Compensation

• Saturday & Sunday weekend premium pay $2.50/hr


• Base pay up to $16.00/hr

Job Duties

The Warehouse Associate would assist with incoming freight, ensure that it reaches the sales floor, and other assigned duties.This can include, but is not limited to:

• Unload incoming products from trailers in the dock area


• Move freight to the staging area


• Use a forklift


• Move/fill palletized products to various departments


• Transfer products from pallet to pallet


• Load product into customer’s vehicles


• Help in other departments as assigned


• Demonstrate awareness and compliance with Loss Prevention and safety policies and procedures

Qualifications

• Great communication skills


• Prior Retail experience preferred


• Able to work evenings when needed and at least every other weekend


• Able to pass a background check
