Role Description

The Warehouse Associate is a full-time (or part time, dependent), on-site role based in St. Louis, MO. This role is responsible for receiving, unloading, and organizing incoming shipments; picking, packing, and preparing orders for shipping; and operating warehouse equipment to move and stage inventory. Day-to-day tasks include verifying shipment contents, labeling and stacking products, maintaining clean and orderly work areas, and following safety procedures and company policies. The Warehouse Associate will collaborate with team members and supervisors to meet daily workload targets and support accurate, on-time deliveries.

Qualifications

• Experience with Shipping & Receiving (not necessary but preferred), including verifying orders and preparing documentation.
• Skills in Packing and Unloading, with attention to product care and efficiency.
• Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment such as Forklift Operation (A BONUS IF FORKLIFT CERTIFIED) and Pallet Jack.
• Basic math and inventory counting skills; ability to follow written and verbal instructions.
• Physical ability to stand, lift, carry, and move materials throughout the shift, following safety guidelines.
• Strong reliability, punctuality, and teamwork skills in a warehouse environment.
• Previous warehouse or logistics experience preferred; forklift certification is a plus.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
