Job summary

Echo Electric in Springfield, IL, is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to ensure products reach customers by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting and assisting with general warehouse maintenance.

Shifts are 8 AM–9 PM, Monday to Friday, with starting pay of $18–$21 per hour. You will operate equipment, move materials safely, verify inventory, and help keep the warehouse tidy and efficient.

Qualifications

• Willing to operate warehouse equipment such as forklifts, pallet jack, and wire cutting machine.
• Ability to continuously lift materials up to 50 pounds with or without accommodation.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and traverse the warehouse with or without accommodation.
• Basic problem-solving skills and computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Pick, check, pack, and ship orders ranging from a small box to pallets.
• Load, unload, and move materials and supplies using safety equipment, hand trucks, and front-end loaders/forklifts.
• Receive, check in, and store inventory safely, ensuring the quality and quantity of products.
• Cut wire, rod, or strut safely using the appropriate equipment.
• Sweep floors, remove trash, and maintain the warehouse in a tidy and safe condition.
• Record damaged or defective materials.

We have a great opportunity for a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team! You will ensure products get where they need to be by receiving, picking, packing, shipping, wire cutting and assisting with general maintenance of the warehouse.
