Job summary

Quality Custom Distribution in Spokane Valley, WA is seeking an Order Selector to pick and move products in our warehouse, ensuring accuracy and timely customer order fulfillment.

You’ll operate pallet jacks and forklifts (certification required), work in refrigerated and dry zones, and use RF scanners to track orders; lifting up to 50 lbs and standing for long periods are required. This is a full-time, early-shift role with competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Forklift certification or willingness to obtain.
• At least 6 months of experience using warehouse equipment (electric pallet jack, forklifts).
• Ability to lift up to 50 lbs repeatedly throughout the shift.
• Comfort working on your feet for long periods (standing, walking, bending, twisting).
• Strong focus on accuracy and attention to detail.
• Basic reading and math skills for order verification.

Order Selector – Spokane Valley, WA 99216

What You’ll Do:

You’ll join our Spokane warehouse crew to pick and move products safely and accurately in support of customer orders.

The Schedule & Setting:

• Full-time role, 4 days on, 3 days off.
• 6:00 a.m. – 4:30 p.m. shift
• Warehouse environment with varied temperature zones.

Pay & Benefits:

• Pay Range (Base Pay): $20/hr

• Paid Sick Leave: 1 hour of sick for every 40 hours worked (no cap), available for use after 90 days
