Job summary

Preload is hiring a Warehouse Associate to assist with receiving, processing, picking, shipping, and organizing stock in the warehouse. The role involves forklift use, loading/unloading trucks, and ensuring items are ready for job sites.

The position will initially operate at the Louisville shop for about 10 months before the Texas warehouse is completed, with subsistence provided during this period and a pay rate of $24–$26 per hour plus benefits.

Qualifications

• Minimum of one year related experience and/or training.
• Forklift experience required.
• Ability to read and interpret safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.

Responsibilities

• Pulling orders from inventory to fill job start packages.
• Loading and unloading trucks using a forklift.
• Inspecting the condition, quantity and quality of items staged to ship to our jobsites.
• Receiving, inspecting, restocking items that return from the field.
• Assisting in processing used lumber products from the field and packaging for reuse in the field.
• Other duties as assigned.

Preload is hiring a Warehouse Associate who will assist with functions that may include receiving and processing incoming stock and materials, picking and filling orders from stock, shipping orders, organizing stock in the warehouse. Pay is in the $24/hr to $26/hr plus benefits. This position will eventually be located in Greenville, TX, but this person will work in our Louisville shop for about 10 months while we finish this new Texas warehouse. Subsistence will be provided during this time.
