Responsibilities

• Receive incoming parts shipments and verify quantities against packing slips and POs.
• Unload, inspect, label, and stock inventory in designated locations.
• Pick and stage parts orders accurately for technicians, customers, and deliveries.
• Maintain an organized, clean, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with shipping outbound orders, including packaging and freight prep.
• Operate warehouse equipment such as pallet jacks and forklifts (training provided).
• Conduct cycle counts and assist with inventory audits.
• Identify and report inventory discrepancies or damaged products.
• Assist with moving, organizing, and replenishing inventory across the warehouse.
• Support the parts department in meeting customer and technician needs timely.
• Follow all safety policies and procedures.

Warehouse Associate Requirements

• Basic computer skills and ability to learn inventory management systems.

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience working with heavy-duty truck, automotive, industrial, or equipment parts.
• Prior forklift experience or willingness to obtain certification.
• Familiarity with warehouse management or inventory control systems.
• Understanding of shipping, receiving, and inventory best practices.
• Experience working in a dealership, truck center, or industrial warehouse environment.
