Job summary

Haley Strategic Partners is seeking a motivated Warehouse Associate to join our fast-paced facility in Scottsdale, AZ. You will ship orders, receive merchandise, perform quality control, and assist with inventory and housekeeping to ensure a safe, organized warehouse.

You will report to the Warehouse Manager and QC Team Leader, work Monday–Friday 7:00 am–3:30 pm, and contribute to a strong team environment. This entry-level role includes benefits such as health care, 401k, PTO and holidays.

Qualifications

• Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
• Ability to lift 50 pounds.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced warehouse environment.

Responsibilities

• Ship orders daily.
• Receive, pack and inspect merchandise for quality control.
• Maintain accurate inventory counts and organize the workspace.
• Exercise safety and operate warehouse equipment as needed.
• Report daily progress to supervisor.

Duties include accurately and efficiently shipping orders, receiving and performing quality control on products, keeping an accurate count of inventory with cycle count as well as maintaining the organization and cleanliness of the warehouse.
