Job summary

Factory Motor Parts Co in Schaumburg, IL seeks an energetic Operations Associate to support warehousing and delivery operations in a fast-paced environment. The role focuses on accurate order pulling, inventory control, and maintaining organized storage while delivering great customer service.

You will work with a team to ensure safety, process improvements, and reliable parts distribution. Prior warehouse exposure, a valid driver's license, and the ability to lift up to 75 lbs are expected.

Qualifications

• Warehouse experience is required.
• Must be 19 years of age or older.
• Valid driver's license with no more than 2 moving violations in 4 years.
• Able to lift up to 75 lbs and handle physical tasks.
• Positive work ethic with high attention to detail.
• Forklift experience is a plus; ability to interact with management and customers.

Job Requirements:
