Jobandtalent is hiring a Warehouse associate in Santa Teresa to handle inventory, receive shipments, and ensure product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Location is Santa Teresa with shift from Monday to Saturday 1 PM to 10 PM. Pay is 13.00 USD hourly; full-time with a flexible schedule and transportation to the site required.

Qualifications

• Experience in a warehouse or distribution center preferred.
• Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for extended periods.
• Familiar with pallet jacks and basic inventory tracking.
• Willing to work a full-time but flexible schedule.
• Reliable transportation to the job site.
• Team-oriented and able to follow directions.
• Need to provide own clothing: jeans, collared shirt with closed-toed sturdy shoes.

Responsibilities

• Unload freight from containers and trailers.
• Operate warehouse equipment safely and efficiently.
• Build and break down pallets per distribution instructions.
• Shrink-wrap freight per distribution specifications.
• Receive freight, identify case packs and pallet patterns, and communicate any issues.

At Job&Talent, we are recruiting for a Warehouse associate to work with a leading logistics company in Santa Teresa. This role involves handling inventory, receiving and preparing shipments, and ensuring product accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Shift patterns:

• Monday to Saturday 1 PM to 10 PM
