Job summary

Peachstate Hobby Distribution (PHD Games) seeks a dedicated warehouse associate to join our team in Sanford, FL. The role supports order picking, packing, and shipment preparation at a fast-paced distribution center.

Monday–Thursday 9:00 am–6:00 pm and Friday 9:00 am–5:00 pm, 40 hours weekly, with occasional extended hours or weekends as needed. The ideal candidate has at least 2 years in warehousing, forklift experience, and strong attention to detail.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 2 years of warehouse experience required.
• Experience operating Powered Industrial Trucks (stand-up/sit-down forklifts) or other industrial equipment is a plus.
• Adequate knowledge of warehouse data systems and inventory management.
• Team player with strong organizational skills.
• Experience with order picking, packing and shipping processes.
• Good time management and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Operate and maintain warehouse equipment and assist in loading/unloading.
• Perform order picking, packing and preparing shipments.
• Maintain clean, safe and organized work area and inventory controls.
• Follow company policies and safety procedures; contribute to team goals.
• Support warehouse manager with daily tasks and special projects.

We are one of the largest board game and TCG distributors in the United States. Our corporate office is based in Sanford, FL. We carry a full line of TCGs, miniatures, board games, card games, RPGs, dice, comics, and gaming supplies from the industry's top manufacturers.

We are currently looking for a dedicated warehouse associate to join our team!

Hours of business:

Monday - Thursday 9:00 am - 6:00 pm; Friday 9:00 am - 5:00 pm (40 hours per week).

This position could require extended hours, and occasional weekends as needed.

Warehouse Job Duties (including but not limited to):

• Must be able to lift and move objects up to 50 lbs regularly, climb ladders, and stairs, and operate machinery.
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains a safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area; complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
• Contributes to team effort.
• Accomplishes or exceeds all personal goals, and job functions.
• Other duties as directed by the Warehouse Manager or other senior Management.

Education:

• High School Diploma or Equivalent (Required)

Requirements:
