Job summary

Ferguson Enterprises, LLC in San Leandro, CA, is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support outbound order fulfillment and inventory control. You will safely operate a stand-up forklift, use RF scanners and Warehouse Management Systems, and collaborate with a team to meet daily targets.

This role requires 1–3 years warehouse experience, attention to detail, and the ability to work in varying weather and overtime as needed.

Warehouse Associate

Position Details

Schedule | Monday - Friday, 6:00AM – 2:30PM with mandatory overtime as needed. Pay Range | Starting at $23/hour and may be higher based on experience

Responsibilities

• Safely operate a stand-up forklift to pull and prepare outbound customer orders.
• Build, wrap, sort, and transport pallets and packages.
• Offload, move, and store heavy materials such as pipes and other items weighing 50 lbs or more.
• Utilize RF scanners and/or Warehouse Management Systems to manage inventory and warehouse operations.
• Accurately and timely receive, verify, stage and stock all incoming material.
• Clean the workspace as you go and participate with the team in keeping our facility clean, safe, and accident free.
• Work in varying weather conditions as needed to complete warehouse tasks.
• Must adhere to all safety regulations, including the correct usage of personal protective equipment (PPE). This includes wearing a safety harness with a maximum weight capacity of 400 lbs.

Pay Range (Hourly)

• Pay Range: - $21.76 - $32.64 - Estimated Ranges displayed are Monthly for Salaried roles OR Hourly for all other roles.
• This role is Bonus or Incentive Plan eligible.
• Ferguson complies with all wage regulations. The starting wage may be higher in certain locations based on local or state wage requirements.
