Job summary

L.K. Jordan & Associates is actively seeking two Warehouse Associate positions for an Automotive Company in the East Central area of San Antonio. Start date is immediate. This temp-to-hire role runs Monday to Friday, 8:00 AM to 5:00 PM, with an hourly rate of $16.00 - $18.00 based on experience.

Primary duties include accurately pulling customer orders, managing inventory, handling shipping and receiving, operating forklifts, and ensuring safety and efficiency in the warehouse.

Qualifications

• Must complete a high school diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must possess a valid driver’s license and have reliable transportation.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pulling customer orders from inventory for timely delivery.
• Managing inventory by stocking and organizing goods for efficient workflow.
• Handling shipping responsibilities, preparing products for shipment, and logistics.
• Overseeing receiving by verifying goods against invoices and storing merchandise.
• Packing products for dispatch to ensure safety in transit.
• Safely operating forklifts and warehouse machinery following safety protocols.

• Handling all shipping responsibilities, including preparing products for shipment, ensuring parcels are securely packaged, and managing logistics to meet delivery timelines.
• Overseeing the receiving process by accepting deliveries, verifying received goods against invoices, and properly storing merchandise to prevent damage and loss.
• Packing products according to company standards and preparing them for dispatch to ensure product safety during transportation.
• Safely operating forklifts and other warehouse machinery for the movement and storage of goods, adhering to all safety protocols to prevent accidents.

Minimum Requirements

• Ability to pass a drug test and background check.
• Must have experience operating forklifts.
• Must possess a valid driver's license and have reliable transportation.
• Completion of high school diploma or equivalent.
