Standard Supply & Distributing Co. is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our Texas team. You will prepare and load orders for delivery, use RF scan technology, and help maintain a clean, safe warehouse environment. Training is provided, and no prior experience is required.

You will be part of a team that values reliability, attention to detail, and efficiency, with opportunities to grow in a family-owned HVAC supply company operating since 1946 across Texas, Oklahoma and Arizona.

Qualifications

You’ll be responsible for:

• Able to push/pull 20+ lbs
• Ability to bend, kneel, twist, and climb ladders
• Comfortable handling large or oddly shaped items
• Clean driving record (no major or repeated violations)
