Job summary

Factory Motor Part is seeking an energetic Operations Associate for our Sacramento, CA warehouse. The role involves accurate order picking, cycle counts, stocking shelves, and maintaining organized, safe operations.

You will communicate professionally with customers and support returns processing as needed. In addition to warehouse duties, the job may include safe, timely delivery of automotive parts using a company vehicle, depending on location.

Qualifications

• Minimum prior warehouse experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Must be at least 18 years old and have a valid driver's license.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts and stock shelves as inventory arrives.
• Maintain warehouse organization and professional communication with customers.
• Handle customer returns accurately and perform duties as assigned.
• Deliver automotive parts as needed with company vehicle per location requirements.

Job Requirements:

• Previous warehouse experience
• 18 years of age or older
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent
• Valid Class C or D license; Class A or B is a plus
• Clean Driving Record
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive work ethic
• High attention to detail
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers
• Previous forklift experience is a plus
