About the Role

The Warehouse Associate is responsible for assisting in day-to-day operations of the warehouse. This includes stock control, receipt, storage, retrieval, and ensuring the timely delivery of goods. The role also helps organize shipment loading, transferring, and keeping records of documents by entering data into the inventory system. The role will ensure adherence to company and site-specific safety policies.

What You’ll Do

• Perform administrative activities related to warehouse operations and prevent inventory shrink, including cycle counts.
• Ensure merchandise is received and stored efficiently and maintain required records in accordance with company policy.
• Prepare shipments of materials according to company policy.
• Perform physical tasks such as walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, crouching, crawling, using hands, reaching, climbing, balancing, and occasionally lifting and moving up to 50 pounds.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.
• At least 2 years of experience in a warehouse environment.
• Experience in the vinyl wrap industry is a plus.
• Computer skills, including MS Office and Inventory Management software.
• Strong organizational and problem‑solving skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
