Job summary

COMMTRAC FLOORS INC in Riverside, CA is seeking a Warehouse Associate to support receiving, loading/unloading, and inventory tracking. The role requires operating sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks, and occasional driving to vendors and jobsites in the SoCal area.

You will work as part of a team, maintain organization and safety, and ensure shipments are accurate and undamaged. A high school diploma and a valid driver's license are required; bilingual Spanish abilities are a strong plus.

Qualifications

• Must have a High school diploma/GED.
• Must have a Valid Driver's License.
• Bi-lingual Spanish speaking ability.
• Previous flooring experience preferred.
• Ability to operate sit-down forklift, pallet jacks and hand trucks.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion.
• Load and unload trucks.
• Deliver to and pick up material from vendors and jobsites (daily driving to different cities within the SoCal area).
• General warehouse organization and cleaning.
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for damages, defects, or errors.
• Stage flooring materials according to work orders.
• Track inventory accurately.
• Take company vehicles in for maintenance when needed.
• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines.

Job Summary

We are seeking an energetic and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our team. In this position, you will support the warehouse operations by receiving shipments, delivering/picking up material, & tracking inventory. The ideal candidate is a team player with experience operating warehouse equipment such as sit-down forklifts and pallet jacks.

Responsibilities

• Process incoming shipments in a neat and organized fashion
• Load and unload trucks
• Deliver to and pick up material from vendors and jobsites (this job requires daily driving to different cities within the SoCal area)
• General warehouse organization & cleaning
• Inspect incoming/outgoing shipments for any damages, defects, or errors
• Stage flooring materials according to work orders
• Track inventory accurately

• Adhere to all health and safety guidelines

• MUST pass a standard background check
• Bi-lingual (able to adequately speak & understand Spanish)
• Previous flooring experience is preferred
• Ability to use warehouse equipment including sit-down forklift, pallet jacks, and hand trucks
• Experience with a Zebra Scanner for inventory tracking is a plus
• Capable of standing for long periods and lifting heavy objects
• Ability to work with limited supervision
• Excellent organizational and time management skills
