What You'll Do: ride along from various Goodwill Retail sites helping to pick up and drop off items in a Goodwill Box Truck; sort, organize, and prepare donated items for processing and shipment; move, stack, and organize inventory; assist with packaging

• Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
• Reliable with a strong work ethic.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Previous warehouse or production experience is helpful, but not required.
• Willing to learn.

Physical Requirements

• Regular standing, walking, bending, reaching, pushing, and grasping
• Ability to lift and move up to 50 pounds regularly
• Ability to perform repetitive movements throughout the shift
• Comfortable working in a warehouse environment with noise and changing temperatures
