DiBiase Heating and Cooling Company is seeking an HVAC experienced Warehouse Associate to support the warehouse manager and field technicians. You will help order parts and coordinate delivery to technicians in the field, contributing to efficient service calls and inventory management.

The role emphasizes teamwork, reliability, and the ability to lift up to 50 lbs, with competitive hourly pay and opportunities to advance within a growing HVAC team.

Qualifications

• 1-2 years experience in HVAC or skilled trades.
• Warehouse experience preferred, but not required.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Pass Background check.
• Capable of lifting and moving equipment up to 50lbs
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.

Responsibilities

• Assist Warehouse Manager and experienced technicians on daily tasks.
• Order parts and coordinate equipment and parts delivery to field technicians.
• Support in receiving, stocking, and organizing inventory.
• Help maintain safe and clean warehouse operations.
