Job summary

Renewal by Andersen in Rancho Cordova is hiring a Warehouse Associate to keep materials moving, inventory accurate, and orders ready for installations. You will help load, unload, and stage items, support deliveries, and work with power tools in a hands-on environment.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year in a warehouse, strong organization, a positive attitude, and a willingness to learn. This is a full-time on-site role with opportunities for growth within a leading home improvement company.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required.
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Experience with construction materials and tools is required.
• Experience safely using power tools is preferred.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail are essential.
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Load, unload, and stage materials safely and efficiently.
• Assist with inventory management and organization.
• Prepare customer orders and materials for installations.
• Operate power tools and perform light carpentry as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Assist with deliveries to job sites when required.
• Support warehouse and production with special projects.
• Learn new skills and train on equipment such as forklifts.

What You'll Do

As a Warehouse Associate, you'll help keep our operation running smoothly by preparing materials, maintaining inventory accuracy, supporting deliveries, and ensuring products are ready for installation teams and customers. Your responsibilities will include:

• Loading, unloading, and staging materials safely and efficiently
• Assisting with inventory management and organization
• Preparing customer orders and materials for upcoming installations
• Operating power tools and performing light carpentry work as needed
• Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment
• Assisting with deliveries to job sites when needed
• Supporting warehouse and production operations with special projects
• Learning new skills and potentially training on equipment such as forklifts

Minimum qualifications:

• High school diploma or GED
• At least 1 year of warehouse experience
• Experience working with construction materials and tools
• Experience safely using power tools

Physical Requirements

This is an active, hands-on role that requires:

• Frequent lifting of materials up to 75 pounds
• Standing, bending, reaching, and moving throughout the day
• Working in both indoor and outdoor environments
• Occasional travel to job sites and customer locations
