Job summary

Cleanslate is hiring a Warehouse Associate to join our warehouse team in Rahway, NJ. You will stock shelves, pick orders, inspect items, and assist in loading trucks for deliveries. The role emphasizes safety, teamwork, and accuracy in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse operations is preferred but not required.
• Must be reliable and able to maintain the job.
• Experience in warehouse environment is a plus.
• For forklift operation experience

Responsibilities

• Stock all products on shelves and in specified areas.
• Picks all orders and moves to staging area for inspection and checking.
• Assists in checking and inspecting orders.
• Loads trucks for deliveries.
• Maintains clean and safe work environment per procedures.

Scope

• Stock all products on shelves and in specified areas
• Picks all orders and moves to staging area for inspection and checking
• Assists in checking and inspecting orders
• Loads trucks for deliveries
• Maintains quality service by following organization standards.
• Maintains safe and clean work environment by keeping shelves, pallet area, and workstations neat; maintaining clean shipping supply area
• Complies with all procedures, rules, regulations and safety requirements
• Maintains technical knowledge
• Contributes to team effort by accomplishing related results as needed.
• Ability and experience with operating a forklift
• Previous warehouse experience a plus
• Ability to work well with others
• Self motivated with a high level of personal accountability
• Highly dependable
• Ability to lift and carry at least 50 lbs.
