Job summary

Quality Talent Group is seeking a skilled Furniture Assembly Technician to join our on-site production team. You will assemble furniture with precision, inspect and repair pieces to meet strict quality standards, and document production using digital tools to track progress.

You will operate specialized equipment safely, continue to improve efficiency, and ensure products are packaged and prepared for delivery to customers. A strong focus on safety and teamwork is required.

Qualifications

• Lift and move loads regularly, including up to 100 pounds and occasionally up to 250 pounds.
• Operate machinery and hand tools with precision and in accordance with procedures.
• Record production information accurately using digital scanners and logs.
• Identify defects and initiate repairs to uphold high quality standards.
• Adhere to safety protocols and promote a safe work environment for all teammates.
