Job summary

Factory Motor Parts is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Pittsburgh to accurately pull orders, stock and organize shelves, and help with cycle counts. You will communicate professionally with customers and support returns processing. Some locations may require driving company vehicles and handling hazardous materials.

The role requires prior warehouse experience, a high school diploma or GED, and a valid license. We offer comprehensive benefits and a team-focused environment at FMP.

Qualifications

• Previous warehouse experience.
• 18 years of age or older.
• High School Diploma or GED equivalent.
• Valid Class C or D license; Class A or B is a plus.
• Clean Driving Record.
• Ability to lift up to 75 lbs.
• Positive work ethic.
• High attention to detail.
• Ability to interact with various levels of management and customers.
• Previous forklift experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Accurately pull customer orders.
• Participate in inventory cycle counts.
• Stock shelves as inventory arrives.
• Maintain warehouse organization.
• Professional communication with customers.
• Ability to write customer returns accurately.
• Must be able to handle hazardous materials.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
• Delivery of customer parts to locations using company vehicle where required.
