Job Responsibilities:

• Receive and inventory incoming items using Oracle SBX System/Excel in a timely manner.
• Help determine disposition of non-conforming or usable product.
• Inform Supervisors/Managers of any change of activities in the warehouse including labor personnel, space utilization, inventory, and equipment.
• Spot check assigned accounts and ensure inventory accuracy. Inform Supervisors/Managers of any adjustments.
• Maintain all assigned account work areas clean and safe from debris or non-usable product.
• Rack products by replenishing existing racks and with a “ready to pull” mentality.
• Verify pulls, clean, and stage product in designated outgoing area.
• Complete transfers and adjust inventory from pick slip form/tablet and rack locator, during and after pulls.
• Work with the quality coordinator to verify pulls and sign off quality control sheets, ensuring all products are complete, accurate, and ready for deployment.
• Record man hours on the appropriate sheets or tablet app after completing assignments or projects.
• Modify and refurbish products within specifications as needed.
• Unload and return equipment not assigned to specific projects or specialists.
• Understand standard Haworth products and basic installation sequences.
• Follow safety practices by wearing forklift harnesses and appropriate footwear, and using proper equipment for moving products.
• Handle products safely, up to 40 lbs.

Qualifications and Skills:

• High school diploma preferred.
• Accurate typing and data entry skills.
• Knowledge of Haworth furniture products is a plus.
• At least one year of warehouse experience preferred.
• Positive attitude and teamwork skills.
• Working knowledge of Oracle, SBX, and MS Excel preferred.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to operate a bobtail truck preferred.
