Job summary

Iron Mountain Incorporated is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations team member responsible for secure handling, movement, and storage of client records and information. You will perform physical tasks with care to ensure accuracy and security in a fast-paced environment.

This role requires the ability to lift up to 50 pounds, repetitive motions, and strong English communication. Background check and drug screening are required after offer.

Responsibilities

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder.
• Use wheeled carts and pallet jacks, and collaborate with team members to wrap pallets for safe transport.
• Ensure compliance with physical security guidelines, maintaining the security of customer information and a clean, safe work environment.

Iron Mountain is seeking a motivated Warehouse Operations team. In this role, you will be responsible for the secure and physically demanding handling, movement, and storage of client records and information.

What You’ll Do (Responsibilities)

• Execute secure material handling, including loading, unloading, moving, weighing, and sorting a variety of items, to ensure efficient workflow.
• Securely manage records by moving boxes, weighing up to 50 pounds, on and off shelving and carts, often requiring the safe use of a ladder.

What You’ll Bring (Skills & Qualifications)

• Experience and comfort with a physical job that involves repetitive motions, frequent climbing, stooping, crouching, kneeling, pushing, reaching, and pulling.
• Ability to regularly lift up to 50 pounds and sustain physical activity throughout the shift.
• Strong attention to detail to accurately follow procedures and maintain the security of confidential records.
• Effective reading, writing, and communication skills in English.

What We Offer (Benefits)

• Rate: $$18.55-$20.88 per hour.
