Job summary

Capstone is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia, PA. This fast-paced, physical role starts at 6am with a Monday–Friday schedule. You will perform a variety of warehouse tasks including loading, unloading, picking, and palletizing, with weekly pay.

Benefits begin after 60 days, and Capstone supports career growth, internal promotions, and opportunities to travel between sites. Paid training and safety incentives are part of the package in a high-performance team environment.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload goods, select and palletize items.
• Audit, repack, sort and maintain clean work areas.
• Perform duties as assigned by site leadership.

The Opportunity:

• Warehouse Associates perform a variety of warehouse responsibilities including but not limited to loading, unloading, selecting, freight hauling, auditing, repacking, sorting, palletizing, clean up, housekeeping and other duties as assigned by site leadership.

Requirements:

• High-energy individual with a strong work ethic, the work is fast paced and very physical
• Lift and carry 25-75lbs, materials handled vary
• Prior warehouse and/or equipment experience is preferred but we are willing to train the right candidate
