Job summary

Raymour & Flanigan is hiring a Warehouse Associate in Philadelphia. You will support loading, unloading, and shelving furniture, ensuring a smooth flow from entry to checkout.

You will need to meet safety practices, obtain or maintain equipment certifications, and manage heavy items up to 200 lbs while working from the warehouse with potential heights of 30-40 ft. Prior order picker or pallet jack experience is a plus.

Qualifications

• Commitment to Raymour & Flanigan safety practices and a neat, safe work environment.
• Ability to become certified on material handling equipment (order pickers, pallet jacks).
• Routinely lift, lower, push, and pull furniture up to 200 lbs.
• Safely lift furniture while elevated on warehouse equipment at heights of 30-40 ft.
• Experience operating an order picker, electric pallet jack, or inventory scan gun is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Assist in loading and unloading trailers and stocking furniture in the warehouse.
• Support customers from the showroom to the loading area, ensuring smooth flow.
• Operate warehouse equipment following safety guidelines and training.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment on shift.

Available Shifts:

AM Shift 3AM - 11:30AM $19.00

Mid Day Shift: 10:30AM - 7:00PM $18.00

What you'll do:

As a Warehouse Associate, you will play an important role in the lifecycle of every customer's purchase. Starting with what they see when they enter the building. From the parking lot. To every trailer you load/off-load, each sofa you bin, to the dining tables you've prepped for assembly. You are a key part of helping every customer turn their house into a home.
