Warehouse Associate (backup driving duties)

We seek a self-motivated, customer service-oriented individual to join our team. This full-time position involves warehouse duties such as stocking shelves, shipping products, loading/unloading trucks, and some driving. The workweek is Monday through Friday, with opportunities for overtime during the busy season.

ESSENTIAL DUTIES

1. Order picking and staging
2. Replenishment
3. Shipping and receiving
4. Staging orders for delivery and loading company vehicles in a warehouse/yard environment
5. Practicing safe work habits, including wearing PPE and using proper lifting techniques
6. Delivering products to customers and branch locations
7. Conducting pre-trip inspections, securing loads, and adhering to DOT/CDL regulations
8. Understanding and complying with FMCSA regulations
9. Performing other related duties as assigned

REQUIREMENTS

1. Basic computer skills, including typing, mouse, and internet use
2. Bilingual in English and Spanish is preferred but not required
3. Acceptable driving record
4. Forklift experience is helpful
5. Ability to lift 75 lbs., with 50 lbs. on a repetitive basis
6. Ability to pass pre-employment drug testing and DOT physical
