Job summary

Allredi LLC. in Pasadena, TX is seeking a reliable warehouse associate to support receiving, storing, and distributing materials, tools, and products within the warehouse.

You will be responsible for loading and unloading trucks, pulling orders, labeling shipments, and ensuring accurate inventory and order accuracy. You must follow safety rules, wear PPE at all times, and collaborate with Inside Sales and Operations teams.

Qualifications

• Read and interpret documents such as safety rules, operating and maintenance instructions, and procedure manuals.
• Write routine reports and correspondence.

Responsibilities

• Load and unload incoming/outgoing trucks.
• Pull orders/transfers and have them ready to ship on pallets or boxes.
• Ensure each shipment is labeled correctly for proper delivery.
• Check-in inventory as it arrives on-site.
• Ensure the purchase order matches the vendor packing slips.
• Receive purchase orders into the P21 system.
• Maintain inventory of assembled hoses in stock for future customer orders.
• Keep warehouse clean at all times.
• Assist Inside Sales Representative with order entry and sales quotes as needed.
• Wear the proper PPE at all times.
• Perform any other duties as assigned by the Operations/Inside Sales Manager and/or Outside Sales Representative.
