Job summary

Chick-fil-A Supply Kansas City Distribution Center in Olathe seeks a Warehouse Team Member to unload, pick, and load products for Chick-fil-A restaurants. You will work at the Olathe, KS facility with a 4-day, 10-hour schedule and be part of a team focused on safety, efficiency, and accuracy.

The role requires handling heavy goods, operating forklifts and pallet jacks, and adapting to extreme temperatures. A High School diploma or GED and English proficiency are required; prior warehouse

As a Warehouse Team Member, you will play a crucial role that directly impacts the success of Chick-fil-A restaurants. Duties include unloading, picking and loading product at the Chick-fil-A Supply Kansas City Distribution Center located in Olathe, KS. Schedule

Monday through Saturday from 7:00AM - 5:30PM until the work is done:

• 4 Day Workweek (4X10 hour days)
• The schedule will be assigned according to business needs, and flexibility is needed during weekends, holidays, and rotating shifts every three months

Pay

$21.75 per hour

As a Warehouse Associate, you are a key driver in the efficiency, organization, and cleanliness of the warehouse.

• Efficiency and Organization: You’ll be on your feet, actively engaging with unloading, staging, picking and loading products.
• Safety First: Safely operating machinery like forklifts and pallet jacks and keeping our warehouse clean and safe.

Required Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Extreme Temperature: Working in rotation through extreme temperatures (–10F to 100F) is required to keep our food safe!
• Heavy Weights: Reach, bend, and stoop while lifting up to 65 pounds per case during most of your shift. Occasionally you will use mechanical assistance to move up to 2,000 pounds.
• Education: High School Diplomaor GED

• Ability to understand and communicatejob-related information in English(reading, writing, and speaking) at the level reasonably necessary to safely and accurately perform the essential functions of the role, including, for example, understanding andsafely followingverbal instructions, completingdocumentation andwork responsibilities, and accurately readingand interpretingcompany communications and policieslike safety procedures, training, and tests.

Preferred Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, & Abilities)

• Working in a warehouse and/or material handling is preferred but not required, and previous work in food distribution is a plus
