Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Warehouse Associate to join our distribution team in Lockbourne, OH. The role focuses on order fulfillment, stocking, picking, packing, and outbound shipping, with a Monday–Friday shift 7am–3:30pm.

A high school diploma is required. You will work in a climate-controlled facility, lift up to 50 lbs, read and understand English, and be dependable, punctual, and able to work overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Order fulfillment – stocking, restocking, picking and packing, and outbound shipping of customer orders.
• Perform daily cycle counting and researching discrepancies.
• Use equipment to track, monitor and verify products for distribution.
• Maintain a clean work area to keep pharmaceutical products and merchandise clean and help prevent work related injuries.
• Verify product received against receiving documents, notes and reports discrepancies and any obvious damages.
• Monitors temperature-sensitive materials during storage and shipment preparation to help preserve required conditions.
• Updates warehouse transactions, inventory records, and shipment documentation to maintain traceability and control.
• Identifies on-hold, damaged, or non-conforming materials and routes them through defined handling procedures.
• Coordinates material movement using approved warehouse equipment to support safe and efficient flow.
• Prepares packaging materials and shipment areas to support timely outbound activity.
• Escalates non-standard handling or inventory issues to support timely follow-up.
