Responsibilities

• Receive incoming materials into ERP and complete material transactions.
• Unload trucks and verify shipments; inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and maintain inventory records.
• Inspect products before shipment to ensure quality.
• Pack, label, weigh, and prepare customer orders for shipment.
• Prepare shipments for courier pickup and ensure shipment docs are complete.
• Operate forklifts, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
• Assist inventory control activities and discrepancy reporting.
• Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and safe.
• Follow all OSHA, environmental, and company safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

We’re looking for a dependable and motivated Warehouse Associate to join our growing manufacturing team in Oberlin, Ohio. In this role, you’ll support daily shipping, receiving, and warehouse operations by ensuring materials and products are accurately received, stored, and shipped. What You’ll Do

• Receive incoming materials into the ERP system and complete all required material transactions.
• Unload trucks, verify incoming shipments, and inspect materials for damage or discrepancies.
• Perform cycle counts and assist with maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Inspect products before shipment to ensure quality standards are met.
• Pack, label, weigh, and prepare customer orders for shipment according to company and customer requirements.
• Prepare shipments for courier pickup and ensure all shipping documentation is complete and accurate.
• Safely operate forklifts, pallet jacks, hand trucks, and other warehouse equipment to transport materials throughout the facility.
• Assist with inventory control activities, including receiving, scrapping, stock checks, and discrepancy reporting.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe warehouse environment.
• Follow all OSHA, environmental, and company safety procedures.
• Perform other duties as assigned.

What We’re Looking For

• One to three years of warehouse or shipping experience preferred.
