Trajectory Workforce Partners is seeking reliable Warehouse Associates for our Central Islip distribution center. You will help ensure inbound and outbound operations, including receiving, picking, packing, staging, and loading, while maintaining a safe, organized workplace.

Responsibilities include using RF scanners and a warehouse management system (WMS), performing cycle counts, and adhering to safety procedures. Training is available for entry-level candidates and PIT certification if needed.

• Six months of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
• Ability to lift 50–75 pounds and stand/walk 8–10 hours.
• Basic RF scanner and computer skills required.

• Reliable transportation and consistent attendance expected.

Employment Type: Full-Time, Temp-to-HireSchedule: 4:00 AM and 12:30 PM shifts available; weekends and overtime as neededLocation: Central Islip, NY 11722Pay rate: $18.50/hCompensation: dental insurance and health insurance**Position Overview**We are seeking reliable Warehouse Associates to support daily inbound and outbound operations at our distribution center. You will help ensure freight and customer orders are received, picked, packed, staged, and loaded accurately and on time while maintaining a safe, organized workplace.**Key Responsibilities**Receive, inspect, and put away incoming freight, verifying quantities and condition.Pick, pack, and stage customer orders using RF scanners and a warehouse management system (WMS).Load and unload trailers; palletize, wrap, and label shipments according to site standards.Perform cycle counts and assist with resolving inventory discrepancies.Maintain housekeeping and 5S standards, keeping aisles and loading docks clean and clear.Follow safety procedures and personal protective equipment (PPE) requirements, and participate in safety meetings.Operate electric pallet jacks, reach trucks, and cherry pickers when properly trained and certified. Training is available for qualified candidates.Cross-train and assist other departments as needed.Work overtime during peak periods as required.**Qualifications**At least six months of warehouse or distribution experience preferred.
